Whenever the Oceania Cruises' ships come to Auckland the ship inspections are highly sought after. With a focus on cuisine and fine art, time onboard in Auckland gives the Fine Travel team a true appreciation of what our clients can experience in the Mediterranean.

For Business and First Class travellers to Europe, Oceania Cruises is a cruise line that will be in keeping with the standard of a premium business class offering.  Oceania Cruises has the following ships in the Mediterranean:

  • Insignia
  • Riviera
  • Marina
  • Nautica
  • Sirena

Riviera and Sirena are offering the lion's share of the Oceania Cruises Mediterranean itineraries with over 70 voyages of varying durations.

At the premium and luxury end of the cruise market, excellent cuisine is generally expected by Fine Travel's clients.  What makes Oceania Cruises different is that it mixes a commitment to exceptional food with what they call a "country club casual ambiance".  When we talk to clients returning from an Oceania Cruise (and often after a repeat cruise experience) this country club casual approach is what brings them back.

Oceania Cruises commitment to providing the best cuisine at sea is driven by Master Chef Jacques Pépin.  Riviera offers two additional complimentary dining venues:  Jacques, the eminent Jacques Pépin’s exquisite French bistro, and the contemporary Asian culinary masterpiece called Red Ginger.

Riviera is a "mid-sized" cruise ship which provides a more exclusive feel and avoid the feeling of being lost or walking for miles that can sometimes come with the larger cruise ships.  The Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom is the first cabin with a window and is 242 square feet (pictured below).

For something far more special, it is hard not to want to peek inside the luxurious Owners Suite.  With rich furnishings from the Ralph Lauren Home Collection, each of the three Owner’s Suites measures more than 2,000 square feet and spans the entire beam of the ship.  Pictured below:
